Please allow us to create parameterized workflows where we can deploy the same workflow actions using different parameters in the GUI configuration editor.
In other words, allow us to save an existing workflow as a “Workflow Action” and parametrize it.

That’s a great suggestion, we’re currently working on a rhyming solution.
Soon you’ll be able to serialize workflows into a Github repository. This opens the door to easily deploying variants of a workflows from code, rather than from just UI alone.
We’ll be making a huge announcement when this feature is ready, I’m personally very excited to be able to leverage the flexiblity to low-code building, then easily deploying different versions of workflows after I create the “prototype”.
