Hey there - hope someone can help here or at least point me in the right direction 
A user registers on the web store and I have a webhook for this event that I can fire into pipedream.
I’d like to then use this to create an event in GA4.
I see that there is a GA4 module I can use already in pipedream but am a bit lost! Help much appreciated!

First off, welcome to the Pipedream community. Happy to have you!
From what I can tell in the Google Analytics API, you can create or run reports. But I’m not seeing any mention of server side tracking with this particular API.
But I could be wrong!
If you do find an endpoint that accepts tracking events with the Node.js library, you can simply use it in the Use any Google Analytics API action.
Then you’ll just need to modify that action to use the endpoint to consume tracking events.
