Should I be concerned about this event that hasn’t completed.

I did a replay just to ensure that it would run accordingly and that worked. But the original call at 10:25:35pm Mountain Time appears to still be running. It should have reached the timeout for sure by this point of 200 seconds.

I even attempted the cancel URL from the workflow delay and it still hasn’t stopped in the inspector.
