Cannot upgrade to the Professional plan

INMO Work : Hello! I´m trying to upgrade my account to the professional plan. Already inserted my credit card 2 times. It looks like success but the plan doesn´t change from the free… can anyone help me?

This will fail, but you should see an error just below where you enter your credit card information showing you why the transaction failed. Let me know when you do this and I’ll also check the exception on my end.

INMO Work : With this error I notice that my card was being denied.

INMO Work : I got in touch with the bank and now they accepted the transation.
