Dylan Sather (Pipedream) : You can’t currently point a host on a domain you own to Pipedream and have TLS work. That is, HTTPS requests to your host would fail, since Pipedream doesn’t have a certificate that’s valid for your domain loaded onto our system. We’re tracking support for that here.

You can technically create a DNS CNAME record that points a host on your domain to the Pipedream HTTP endpoint to which you’d like to map it, e.g. yourdomain.com -> endpoint.m.pipedream.net. But you can only send HTTP traffic to this endpoint, not HTTPS, because of the aforementioned issue.

If you’d like, we can also give you a custom host on the .[m.pipedream.net](http://m.pipedream.net) domain. So, for example, we could assign [elton.m.pipedream.net](http://elton.m.pipedream.net) to one of your HTTP endpoints.

Would any of those options work, or do you need to use your own domain with HTTPS traffic?

Elton Morais : I really need my domain. I’m planing to offer some WorkFlows as a service. And generate the URL for my user. But it will only work if it’s my own domain.

Elton Morais : Some Workflows could work as a service. For example, Facebook Pixel API integration. And a few others.

I just want to create my panel, users insert their settings. I generate a url with the proper parameters. And they insert that URL on whereever they want to.

Dylan Sather (Pipedream) : That makes sense. I’d recommend following that issue for updates. This one in particular will involve some significant work on our part, so it’s not on our immediate roadmap, but the more reactions a GitHub issue has, the more we’re likely to prioritize it, so every :+1: helps!

By the way, do you have any kind of partnership/affiliation in mind?
