Can I create a workflow using your Pipedream REST api? If yes, is it possible to make a connection to a third party oath like discord/telegram from my application and send the relevant auth data to create a workflow?

Im looking to use it so I can quickly develop for every client who uses discord/telegram etc. I will listen to certain messaging events and create the workflows based on the client’s requirements, this would be done preferably in a solution that scalable and maintainable
