Hi all, we’re longtime Pipedrive users but are new to the Pipedream product and are aiming to integrate our Outreach and Pipedrive accounts via Pipedream.
The end goal is to send new contact data from Outreach to Pipedrive. So the creation of a new contact in Outreach would be our trigger and adding that new contact to Pipedrive would be our action. From the looks of it on our end, there don’t seem to be any triggers available that originate in Outreach.
Is that correct or maybe are we not looking in the right place? And if there are no Outreach triggers, would you have any suggestions for how we can go about this if not with pre-built tirggers?
Any guidance and context would be much appreciated. Thank you!
Hi there and welcome! There are a few ways you can get a trigger up and running for Outreach — do you know if Outreach supports webhooks? It looks like Outreach needs to grant access to their API documentation, so I can’t check it out on my own right now.
If you’re familiar with Node.js, you can take a crack at building out the Ever Source yourself, either using an HTTP webhook if Outreach supports webhooks, or with a polling interface, where you’d make a GET request to fetch new contacts on a regular interval if they do not.
