Hi, I was trying to downgrade from the monthly advanced plan to the monthly basic plan but i made a mistake clicking on the annual basic plan? Is there anyway I can move back to the monthly basic plan and be refunded the difference? The UI was a bit confusing when I was trying to change the plan. Thanks!
