Dylan Sather (Pipedream) : not in a self-service way right now (though we plan to add support for that). If you DM me the workflow ID and the name of the attachment, I should be able to take care of this manually, if you’d like
Nghia Nguyen : Ah it’s okay, I’m not really near the limit right now or anything
Nghia Nguyen : just the name pollution is triggering a bit of my cleanliness OCD
Nghia Nguyen : FYI it seems like I can upload two things of the same file name with no way to disambiguate?
Nghia Nguyen : there are two leaf-html
attachments
Dylan Sather (Pipedream) : Oh good catch. Would you mind opening a bug report and I can take a deeper look?
Dylan Sather (Pipedream) : While you’re at it, if you don’t mind opening a feature request for deleting attachments, that would help a lot! And I can discuss that one with the team, as well
Nghia Nguyen : yep, done
Dylan Sather (Pipedream) : Great thank you Nghia
Hi Folks
New to Pipedream and really enjoying exploring how easy it is to get things up and running.
I too am a bit confused by these attachments as my workflow isn’t reading the last file uploaded (all have the same name). If the list is a log of uploads rather than a file list I would assume an uploads would overwrite pre-existing files of the same name. Is there a lag between uploading and (the latest) version of a file being presented to a workflow?
Trying to avoid appending version numbers to files and clogging filespace with obsolete data.
Can’t find anywhere in the UI to delete attachments, can this be done in code?
Is there any progress on this matter?
Not yet, we have other issues prioritized right now
