is there a way to pause the service? Anyone available in billing for refund a recent charge? I havent used any of my previous credits and it just renewed and I am currently busy with family emergency and would really appreciate being able to recoup paying additional funds right now while not using the service… Wasn’t able to find anything in the knowledge base regarding this.
