Hi there! is there any known issue with if/else & switch actions? im trying to build an workflow to an specific use case that would need one of those actions, but it seems that after a while the workflow gets into a “stucked” behavior and i cannot perform anything… doesn’t allow me to manually cancel the tests or do anything else… just stays into the ‘loading’ status forever
How old is that workflow? We had an issue in the past but it was fixed a few weeks ago
fresh new, it was created today (i deleted the old one that i was using with the if/else actions, to check if that was causing the issue) and used the switch action into this new one, but faced the same problem

hmm i tried incognito to make sure wasn’t it and got the same issue

yea, just tried again on chrome’s incognito and safari (for the 1st time) and got the issue
bug literally kicks in when i try to select an different event from the 1st action (http trigger)

I had no issues selecting a different event
then every action seems to get into the ‘testing’ status, and even if i cancel it doens’t work
As a side note, if/else/switch is available in the Advanced plan
Can you check the delay step and see if it looks like it’s running or not
