Why is my deployed trigger receiving events but occasionally failing to send them to the webhook URL, especially when a reaction is added in a slack trigger with a specific channel and emoji set?

Welp, no worries — can still ping eng, but will be trickier to actually investigate. Btw you can update a deployed trigger without deleting.

i should be able to get the dcid of the deleted trigger. would that be helpful?

I believe we fully delete it from our db so I don’t think so
