I’m still 60% certain that the AI OCR trigger has some issues but maybe I recreated it yesterday and got updated. I’ll keep using it and let you know if it doesn’t trigger again.

Do you delete old files after they’ve been processed?
They get moved to a different folder
For this workflow, they get moved a folder up. It’s the last step in the workflow
Ah, that might be it then. I haven’t tested deeply because I wasn’t ever so sure and still am not, but I think removing files from the folder will mess up how the trigger events due a broken page token
Could you try the following:
- disable the step that moves the file to another folder
- visit your trigger in Sign Up - Pipedream
- deactivate/pause it and then activate/resume it so it starts over by renewing the subscription
And see if this resolves
I can try it later today. For what it’s worth, the voice note workflow follows a very similar setup but did work last night.
That’s great actually, keep the voice notes workflow as it is and change the ocr workflow, and let’s check over time if both continue to work or if something happens
