Why Aren't New Events and Engagements Appearing After Setting Up a Hubspot Trigger?

Hey Sorry I didn’t find any difference. At first I thought It could have been related to a GDPR thing because @U04NLQ0PC02 mentioned using the EU data center. I created two accounts one with the US datacenter, and the other with EU data center, in both cases, when I connected the accounts they showed the entire oauth scopes like this.

at this point, I’d double check users permissions under Hubspot dashboard by going to Settings with the gear icon on the top right > “Account Setup” > “Users & Teams”. When you set a users access to “Manually assign” (2nd screenshot) you can granular toggle enablement of permissions such as “view tasks”. I mean with super admin you should have permissions, but in view that test I did of trying out accounts on both US and EU datacenter with no differences in the permissions when connecting to Pipedream, this made think about this line of troubleshooting
