What is preventing me from connecting my Twitter to my Pipe Dream account?

Hello , there’re some users raised the same issue, this maybe a core issue with Twitter’s API. It is affect other platforms as well.

For now we couldn’t do anything else since it’s Twitter API that Twitter manages
