is there something I can do on my account to resolve this issue? Does it happen with other accounts?

It might be related that I contributed a couple of the helper function components, at the time I had published to my account (via the CLI) and unpublished (via the UI once it was available).

I was just able to fix it by “publishing” my own helper function component. As soon as I unpublished it however it reverted to the broken state.

Nope, seems to only affect the helper functions on my account

an object was deleted but did not properly get deleted from elasticsearch so document was found in index but then a lookup failed
