Is Deploying a New Version of an Existing V1 Workflow Still Possible or Are They Now Deprecated?

That makes sense.

One of those private accounts is used though. Is there a way I can change that to a Workspace one?

Yes you should be able to by opening the menu on the far right next to the account:

That’s where it tells me to “Upgrade to manage access”

Interesting, thanks for the heads up. We’ll take a look and see what needs to be done to get you unblocked.

Groovy. I appreciate your help!

(and also Pipedream in general. it’s very very cool)

Sure thing. Glad to hear your getting value out of it :slightly_smiling_face:

We’re still digging. But it sounds like perhaps I had the logic backwards.

Workspace level sharing is restricted to higher plans. Private accounts are available on your plan.

Could you try connecting your Outlook and Salesforce accounts again? That should create new accounts with the correct permissions that fit your plan

Then you can swap out the Outlook and Salesforce accounts in that workflow with these new ones

I connected new Outlook and Salesforce accounts in the Accounts page but they didn’t show as options when selecting the Auth on the Outlook and Salesforce steps.

So then I tried connecting a new account from the option in the workflow step, which made the Accounts, but the Deploy button still does the same thing.

Hmm that is interesting. Thanks for trying that.

Yeah, of course

We’re working on a fix for single user workspaces like yours where these rules shouldn’t apply

I’ll let you know as soon as we have it live

That sounds great. Thanks!

Hi thanks for waiting on this - the fix was just deployed. Can you please try to deploy your v1 workflow again?

Morning Pierce. It works!

Awesome, so glad to hear that :slightly_smiling_face:
