How to Respond to the New Pricing Increase from $19 to $200 Per Month for Building Apps?

If you’re interested in hearing the talk, you can get it here (along with much more great content).

There’s also a website specifically for Marcus Buckingham’s latest content about this (and the upcoming book), as well as a Harvard Business Review article.

The HBR article is actually very similar to the talk, so it’s a suitable (although inferior) alternative.

Customers who love a product are not only loyal; they’re likely to become advocates for a brand. Yet most businesses don’t study why people love their product or love working for them, nor do they have a strategy for unleashing it.

They don’t say “like” or “enjoy.” They say “love.” And when they say “love,” it means they want to keep coming back to this activity and seek out opportunities to do more of it.

Thanks for suggesting Hookdeck. It seems like a promising alternative, especially for long-time Pipedream users like myself who have been affected by the recent pricing changes.
