All submitted :+1:

I didn’t see the ticket come in — did it get submitted?

Yeah, it went through seemingly fine

On that Typeform

Ok thanks, hold please

I’m not seeing it on our end — can you try submitting once more, and make sure you make it all the way through the form and click the Submit button?

Ah, got it

The wording on the page before clicking Submit made it look like it had been submitted, as it said Thank you or something on there

Got to head out now, thanks so much for your help

We’ll take a look asap cc

Good feedback, thank you — we can improve that flow

Hey - hope you had a great weekend? Just wanted to check when this would be active?

It looks like we had already reached out to their team a few times trying to get access to their API and we haven’t heard back. Do you have any contacts there you can put us in touch with?

Oh, I was under the impression you don’t need any access from them? Isn’t it just a standard OAuth 2 flow?

It is, but we need to create an OAuth client to facilitate the OAuth flow, which includes a client ID and secret for Pipedream

I think that information would need to be provided by the user (TrustPilot customer), since the way it works is that Trustpilot cusotmers have to pay them to get API access, and they they create an “application” in the Trustpilot admin.

This then gives them an API Key and Secret.

Oh gotcha, let me look at their docs again right now in that case

They require the API Key with every type of OAuth grant request, so that would need to be an input field in the Pipedream interface, I’m guessing…
