evelynlozano : i copy all your code, i can not modify the first line code and the last line code, i only have one columen, do not find the + / -
Dylan Sather (Pipedream) : just to confirm, do you see a blue Copy button near the top-right of this page?
Dylan Sather (Pipedream) : would you mind sharing your workflow with dylan@pipedream.com?
evelynlozano : i already shared Collect, transform & route data in minutes - Pipedream to dylan@pipedream.com one day ago
Dylan Sather (Pipedream) : Thanks. When you copy code from one workflow to another, the types of the parameters aren’t retained, so that param wasn’t an array anymore.
I’d recommend clicking the + button and adding the Add Single Row to Sheet action to your workflow (select Google Sheets as the app, then select the action). That way you’ll be using the exact same action I was and will be able to add your own columns
evelynlozano : I understand some now. I started just copying your code instead of using blue copy.
Now, I use blue copy to copy. I have a new workflow.
Now, I use people data labs, api to change into mine, and sheet1 change ino to mine. are all right??
Dylan Sather (Pipedream) : that sounds like you’re headed in the right direction!
Dylan Sather (Pipedream) : That specific action looks up the data in PDL’s API for the given email
evelynlozano : your means, this is a search option, i can search all data via the email that have the same eamil,
I want to realize that in PDL, extract data, for example, every time I extract 10 pieces of data.
Dylan Sather (Pipedream) : have you chatted with the PDL support team about your needs? You should be able to run any Node.js code within each of these steps, so if you’re able to work with them to understand the API endpoint you need to hit, you could use that HTTP requests guide to make a request to the right endpoint.
evelynlozano : Thank you very much, you have helped me a lot, I will contact PDL support,
I only have some python experience, I feel jerky about some of your techniques.
I also hope to fully understand your technology,
for example, we can extract their data to open more work via amazon api, is this right?
Dylan Sather (Pipedream) : Within Pipedream you can talk to hundreds of APIs, like to AWS, through our native integration. But since you can run any code, you can extend Pipedream to do virtually anything you’d like.
We plan to support Python in the future, by the way!
