Pravin Savkar : Did you check the “unassigned” view in Gorgias? The tickets appear right away in my tests.

Pravin Savkar : Great! If you want to automatically assign the ticket to the user, you should be able to pass a value for assignee_user (Gorgias API docs) when you create the ticket.
Dillon Lara : to clarify, this would be for the assignee(agent) within gorgias right? not a new customer.
Pravin Savkar : That’s my interpretation. However, I’m not an active Gorgias user – I’ve only run some tests – so my suggestion would be to give it a try to see if it has the intended effect (if not, you can revert the change). The great thing about Pipedream is that it’s really easy to do that
