10 to 20 minutes, not a huge difference either way.
Maybe all of our missing callbacks in those 20 minutes were towards the middle of the window (and nothing on the edges), so 10 minute outage would be plausible.
It’s always fun when multiple things fail simultaneously (or in close succession)…
