Overview#
The Placid API lets you automate the creation of visual content such as images and videos. With Pipedream, you can trigger workflows using various events, process data, and use the Placid API to dynamically generate marketing materials, social media graphics, personalized images for email campaigns, and more. Authentication#
Placid uses API keys for authentication. When you connect your Placid account, Pipedream securely stores the keys so you can easily authenticate to Placid APIs in both code and no-code steps.
To retrieve your API token,
- Navigate to your Placid account and sign in
- Go to the Projects overview and choose a project
- Click API Tokens in the left menu
