Getting Started

This integration creates a workflow with a Zoho CRM trigger and 1CRM action. When you configure and deploy the workflow, it will run on Pipedream's servers 24x7 for free.

Trigger Authentication

Zoho CRM uses OAuth authentication. When you connect your Zoho CRM account, Pipedream will open a popup window where you can sign into Zoho CRM and grant Pipedream permission to connect to your account. Pipedream securely stores and automatically refreshes the OAuth tokens so you can easily authenticate any Zoho CRM API.

Pipedream requests the following authorization scopes when you connect your account:

Action Authentication

1CRM uses API keys for authentication. When you connect your 1CRM account, Pipedream securely stores the keys so you can easily authenticate to 1CRM APIs in both code and no-code steps.

1CRM requires their users enter their 1CRM username and password in order to connect to their API. For more info, refer to 1CRM’s documentation.

Pipedream recommends using a strong and unique password for your 1CRM account.
