# Regenerate webhook signing key

> Regenerate the signing key for the project environment webhook

  Pipedream signs webhook emits for deployed triggers using HMAC-SHA256. See [Validating signatures](/connect/webhooks#validating-signatures) for details on how to verify webhook payloads.
