# Your activity

> Review the tools your assistant has used through Conduit.

Open **Usage** to see your recent tool calls, the connectors you've
used, and any failed calls.

Choose a time range to explore your activity. If you belong to several
workspaces, you can filter by workspace. Some cards show all-time information;
their labels explain the range.

Check a failed call's error message. When asking for help, include
the connector, assistant, time, and error.

## Who can see this?

You see your own activity. Workspace admins can review activity in their
workspace, and instance admins can review activity across the instance.

Conduit doesn't store what you asked a tool or what it returned. For a
failed call, it keeps the first part of the error message, so an admin can
help you with it.

Your organization controls how long activity is kept. Older details may no
longer be available.
