# Help

> Tell everyone who uses Conduit where to go for help.

Select **?** at the top right of Conduit, then select **Edit**. Add
instructions for contacting your support team. Use Markdown for formatting
and links, check the preview, and select **Save**.

Instance admins always see **?**; everyone else sees it only after you save
instructions. Until then, the panel prompts you to add them. Clear the
instructions and save to hide it from everyone else again.
The book icon always opens the docs.

Instructions apply to the whole instance: every signed-in user sees the same
text, in every workspace. You must be an instance admin to edit them. Text,
lists, headings, and web or email links are supported; HTML and images are
not. A web link shows its host after the link text.
