I want to use Pipedream and the YT Data API for a project but doing some tests I was not able to figure out what GCP Project is my quota being taken from.

It depends on the app you’re using on Pipedream:
The YouTube (Data API) app is managed by Pipedream. You can authorize Pipedream access to your YouTube account, and the quota is tied to our Pipedream app. This is the easiest option. You don’t have to worry about managing your own app / quota.
The YouTube (Data API) - Custom App app asks for your own client ID / secret, for an app you’ve created in GCP. Use this option if you want full control over the app / quota.
