Simple How to Question

My issue (trying to resolve – a results of my love to new technologies):

I bought this little (and expensive) coffee sugar cube sized RAK2171 WisNode TrackIt and now struggle to get it work.

I expected a human friendly easy process like: get the device, activate (create account whatsoever) + a couple more clicks = done, start tracking my RV…

Unfortunately it’s not that friendly… it is just ridiculous how many other accounts I need, how many forums to read, how many big head advisers, how many clicks etc.

My question is simple:

  1. How to get tracking work (fastest, simplest, quickest way) and start to see my RV location in the Trackit app (for now the app shows ONLY my phone location that is in my pocket – I DON”T need it :blush:)
  2. Does the little RAK2171 WisNode TrackIt devise in my RV need to be always connected to the charger or NOT? (if not how often it needs to be charged)

Will appreciate if you know someone that can advise on this in plain layman terms…
I need to get the tracking work somehow…

This forum is dedicated to connecting services together with workflows - I believe your question might be better answered by the customer support of that device, or a forum there if they have one.

If you’re trying to connect your device using an API of sorts to another API, that’s where Pipedream is helpful.
