Could you please tell me what “identity_url” and “base_url” are and what I should type there?

When I tried to connect an app named Bitwarden, four things were required.

Those were “identity_url”, “base_url”, “client_secret” and “client_id”.

I know my “client_secret” and “client_id”. However, I don’t know “identity_url” and “base_url”.
I typed them the following description because I found the description (I pasted below) in bitwarden site. However, the workflow didn’t work.

Therefore, Could you please tell me what “identity_url” and “base_url” are and what I should type there?

If you are using the Public Cloud Server API, use these endpoints:

For the On-premises Server API, use these endpoints:

The Identity and Base URLs are static values that you can copy/paste from the authorization popup window you see when you connect your account. If you’re using the Public Cloud Server API, you can copy/paste the URLs from the top section. If you’re using the On-premises Server API, you can copy/paste the URLs from the bottom section.

Can you tell me more about what didn’t work in the workflow? Did you get an error during the authorization process, or when running the workflow, after completing the auth process?
