Connecting Remote MySQL db. Need pointers!

Hi Everyone!
Wanted to say hi!
Need some help:
Not connecting.
My host uses cPanel and 3306 and no firewall rules required (verified with host)
Connecting Remote MySQL db fails.
Need pointers please so I can connect and get this going!

Could you try to connect to your database using a DBMS tool such as MySQL Workbench on your local machine? After you confirmed that you can connect to your local machine, you can try to use the same credentials on Pipedream
