I am using an app that uses webhooks.
I have many campaigns in that app and need to create a contact in Hubspot and add it to a specific list.
I have figured out how to create the new contact, but not how to specify the list the contact would be added to.
I assume I will need a workflow for each campaign. Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like you’re using the Hubspot - Create Contact action, if it doesn’t include the property to define a list the contact should be added to, you can request to have it added here: Sign in to GitHub · GitHub
You would not need to define a different workflow per campaign, but some Node.js or Python code may be required to conditionally act or ignore campaigns.
