## Description

## Props

| Prop | Type | Required | Description |

| `ticketId` | `string` | Yes | The ID of the ticket. Options are loaded from the connected account. |
| `ticketCommentBody` | `string` | No | The body of the comment. |
| `ticketCommentBodyIsHTML` | `boolean` | No | Whether the comment body is HTML. Default is false, which expects Markdown |
| `ticketPriority` | `string` | No | The priority of the ticket. |
| `ticketSubject` | `string` | No | The subject of the ticket. |
| `ticketStatus` | `string` | No | The status of the ticket. |
| `ticketCommentPublic` | `boolean` | No | Whether the comment is public. Default is true |
| `customSubdomain` | `string` | No | For Enterprise Zendesk accounts: optionally specify the subdomain to use. This will override the subdomain that was provided when connecting your Zendesk account to Pipedream. For example, if you Zendesk URL is https://examplehelp.zendesk.com, your subdomain is examplehelp |
| `attachments` | `string[]` | No | File paths or URLs to attach to the ticket. Multiple files can be attached. |
| `uploadTokens` | `string[]` | No | An array of pre-obtained Zendesk upload tokens to attach to the comment without re-uploading files (e.g. 4bLLKSOU63CPqaIeOMXYyXzUh). Deduplicated with any tokens from attachments. |
| `ticketTags` | `string[]` | No | Array of tags to apply to the ticket. These will replace any existing tags on the ticket. |
| `tagAction` | `string` | No | How to handle the tags: set (replace all existing tags), add (append to existing tags), or remove (remove specified tags) |
| `assigneeId` | `string` | No | The ID of the agent to assign the ticket to Options are loaded from the connected account. |
| `assigneeEmail` | `string` | No | The email address of the agent to assign the ticket to |
