## Description

## Props

| Prop | Type | Required | Description |

| `channelId` | `integer` | Yes | Channel ID Options are loaded from the connected account. |
| `recepientPhoneNumber` | `string` | Yes | Should be a valid phone number. |
| `callDirection` | `string` | Yes | The direction of the phone call. |
| `contactName` | `string` | No | The name of the contact. Only used when the contact does not already exists. |
| `note` | `string` | No | An optional note used to create an intern ticket message. |
| `duration` | `integer` | No | The duration in seconds of the phone call. |
| `recordingUrl` | `string` | No | A public recording URL. |
