## Description

Add one or more rows to a sheet, addressing cells by column NAME rather than column ID. Returns the created rows under `result`, each with its new row ID. Call **Get Sheet** or **List Columns** first to learn the column names. To change rows that already exist, use **Update Row**. | `rows` | `string` | Yes | JSON array of row objects mapping column names to values. For a single row, pass a one-element array. Example: [{"Species": "Triceratops", "Status": "Contained"}]. Column names must match the sheet exactly; call Get Sheet or List Columns to discover them. |
| `toTop` | `boolean` | No | Set to true to add new rows to the top of the sheet. Defaults to bottom. |
