## Description

This action sends an SMS message using the SendSMS.ro API. [See the documentation](https://www.sendsms.ro/api/#send-message)

## Props

| `report_url` | `string` | No | The URL to send delivery reports to. |
| `charset` | `string` | No | Character encoding for the text message. |
| `data_coding` | `string` | No | The encoding scheme of the message text. |
| `message_class` | `string` | No | Class of the SMS message. |
| `auto_detect_encoding` | `integer` | No | Automatically detect text encoding. |
| `short` | `boolean` | No | Use short encoding if possible. |
| `ctype` | `integer` | No | Type of the content. |
