To retrieve your Public and Private Keys,

Navigate to your Connectwise PSA account and sign in
Click the Member menu on the top right.
Go to “My Account” > “API Keys”
Click "+" to create a new Public and Private Key pair. They will be displayed after you hit "Save" icon.
