## Description

## Props

| `name` | `string` | Yes | Name of the contract project (must be unique across all contracts in the consortium) |
| `description` | `string` | No | Description of the contract |
| `type` | `string` | Yes | The type of contract project being created |
| `consortiaId` | `string` | Yes | ID of the Consortia Options are loaded from the connected account. |
| `membershipId` | `string` | Yes | Field denoting the membership which owns the Contract Options are loaded from the connected account. |
