## Props

| `author` | `integer` | Yes | The ID of the author of the new topic. Options are loaded from the connected account. |
| `tags` | `string[]` | No | The tags for the new topic. |
| `openTime` | `string` | No | The open time of the new topic Format: YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS. |
| `closeTime` | `string` | No | The close time of the new topic. Format: YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS. |
| `hidden` | `boolean` | Yes | Whether the new topic is hidden. |
| `pinned` | `boolean` | Yes | Whether the new topic is pinned. |
| `featured` | `boolean` | Yes | Whether the new topic is featured. |
