## Description

Post a customer-facing reply to a ticket on behalf of an agent. [See the documentation](https://developers.gorgias.com/reference/create-ticket-message)

## Props

| Prop | Type | Required | Description |

| `ticketId` | `integer` | Yes | The ID of a ticket Options are loaded from the connected account. |
| `fromUser` | `integer` | Yes | The agent sending the reply Options are loaded from the connected account. |
| `toCustomer` | `integer` | Yes | The customer receiving the reply Options are loaded from the connected account. |
| `message` | `string` | Yes | Body of the reply. Accepts HTML |
| `channel` | `string` | Yes | The channel used to send the message. Defaults to email |
| `via` | `string` | Yes | How the message has been received, or sent from Gorgias. Defaults to help-center |
| `subject` | `string` | No | The subject of the ticket |
| `fromAddress` | `string` | No | If set, used as source.from.address instead of looking up the From Agent's email. Useful for shared inboxes (e.g. support@example.com). |
| `fromName` | `string` | No | Optional display name for source.from. |
| `toAddress` | `string` | No | If set, used as source.to[0].address instead of looking up the To Customer's email. |
| `toName` | `string` | No | Optional display name for source.to[0]. |
| `attachmentUrl` | `string` | No | URL of the file to attach |
| `attachmentName` | `string` | No | File name for the attachment. Required when Attachment URL is set |
| `sentDatetime` | `string` | No | When the message was sent. If omitted, Gorgias sets it automatically. E.g. 2025-01-27T19:38:52.028Z |
