| `changesPageSize` | `integer` | No | Maximum number of changes to fetch per API call (1-1000). Lower values reduce memory usage and the risk of execution timeouts or out-of-memory errors on active drives. |
| `fileId` | `string` | Yes | The file to watch for comments Options are loaded from the connected account. |
