Overview of Etherscan

The Etherscan API allows you to query various information on the Ethereum
blockchain. Some of the things you can do with the API include:

  • Get a list of all transactions for a given address
  • Get the balance for a given address
  • Get a list of all tokens for a given address
  • Get the total supply of a given token
  • Get a list of all tokens traded on a given day
  • Get the price of a given token in USD
