## Description

Retrieve a vaulted shopper (stored customer) by ID, including their billing contact details and stored payment sources. The vaultedShopperId is returned by **Create Vaulted Shopper** or found on a transaction record; BlueSnap does not expose a list-all-shoppers endpoint.
