Overview of AirNow

The AirNow API can be used to retrieve air quality data for current conditions,
as well as historical data dating back to 1980. This data can be used to track
trends in air quality, as well as to monitor individual pollutant levels. The
AirNow API can also be used to retrieve information on air quality advisories
and alerts.
